For some reason I thought it was expensive, I think ... I have used dry powder.
Japanese grocery stores. It should be the season ... Have you tried to Mitsuwa in Campbell, CA (not 280); Nijiya in Mountain View (outside of El Camino), or Japantown in SF or San Mateo?
